Our support team is available from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Our logistics center is located in the city of Regensburg, in the federal state of Bavaria, with direct access to the country road and motorway.
We work with the largest parcel service providers and can therefore guarantee the best shipping service. These include DHL, DPD, UPS, Hermes, Fedex, GLS and Deutsche Post.
Fillsend ensures professional shipping packaging. Shipping is always carried out in neutral packaging. At the customer's request, we are always happy to talk about individual shipping packaging and cardboard packaging design. Feel free to contact your advisor at any time.
After we have received your goods in our warehouse, we usually start shipping them within 48 — 72 hours.
Yes, a unique SKU and a valid GTIN (13 digits) are important so that your products can be correctly recognized, processed and shipped in the warehouse at any time.
If your items aren't labeled yet — no problem! Your contact person and our system will help you create and label them. We make sure everything fits.
Your goods are insured with Fillsend. Our insurance covers storage, packaging and shipping. Details about insurance can be found in our terms and conditions or contact your advisor.
After successful delivery of the package to the shipping service provider, the respective tracking number will be visible in the dashboard.
Questions by categories
With its software, Fillsend can take into account the best before date and therefore also send groceries. Products that must have a certain temperature are excluded.
You can view the incoming goods as soon as they have been assigned to the storage location. This is done on the same day the goods are received.
The entire warehouse processes are based on the fact that each product receives a unique number. This is mandatory for item allocation. The SKU, also known as a stock keeping unit, is therefore of the highest importance.
We can ship items from pens to motor vehicles. We are also allowed to ship dangerous goods. It is important that the various guidelines of the parcel service providers are observed. In advance, we will discuss with you how your products will be shipped.
We offer a return service that is individually tailored to the customer. This is where we decide whether the products are processed, stored or recycled.

We offer connections to the world's largest marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Metro, Check24 and many more. Please feel free to talk to your advisor about this.
The cooperation is based on a jointly concluded contract and the price sheet/offer, (here supplement) which consists of your individual information and requirements.
You will receive a personal key account manager who is your main point of contact and will take care of all your concerns.
Enclosures, delivery notes, invoices or giveaways can be added to the packages. Using our system, we can assign them all and adapt them accordingly.
All orders received by 12:00 on weekdays are shipped the same day — reliably and quickly from Monday to Friday.
